Attorney General Survey Responses

Candidates for Attorney General in the November general election are Incumbent Ken Paxton (R), Rochelle Garza (D), and Mark Ash (Libertarian.) When a candidate responds to our survey, you may view their survey answers HERE. If a candidate does not respond, Texas Justice Advocates urge voters to consider that the candidate's lack of response indicates an unwillingness to go on record about prison and criminal justice reform issues, if not an actual disregard for/dismissal of the concerns of reform advocates.
